
INGREDIENTS ( 4 portions):
8 Slices ham
8 slices green and fresh asparagus
150 gr. parmesan cut in 8 slices
1. Peel the lower part of the asparagus with a potato peel, cut of the butt end.
Boil the asparagus in salted wather for 3-5 minutes (depending on the thickness)
2. Cool the asparagus quickly in cold water, this stops the cooking process and preserves the nice green color.
Dry them carefully.
3. Bundling together a staff of Parmesan cheese and an asparagus and tie together with a slice of ham.
Place them on a serving dish.
Serve with fresh bread and sour cream dressing.

INGREDIENTS ( 6 portions):
100gr. ham in strips
200gr. peeled shrimp
2 dl. crème fraîche, original 35%
1ss lemon juice
1ss dried dill
4 boats finely chopped garlic
100 gr. with some kind of cheese
1. Mix all ingredients (except the cheese) in a bowl, spread the mass of the refractory ramekins.
2. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 225 ° C for approx. 12-15 minutes.
